Same problem with TS 2008

Win 2008 Terminal Services
Office 2003
Lotus Notes 8.5.2fp1
We updated video driver on server
IBM x3550 M3 (matrox G200eV Maxim video card
No setting to turn off hardware exceleration.
I have six test users and see 2 crashes a day, it will happen as soon as they refocus into notes from another program.

What should I do next? PMR 48371,082,000
